Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Abduba Sora handles personal information and privacy choices on abdubasora.com. The website provides information about lead-generation and digital marketing services for Perth tradies and local trade businesses.

Information collected

When you submit the Contact form, the website collects the information you choose to provide. This includes your name, business name, trade, phone number, email address, primary service, service area or suburbs, and the type of enquiries you would like more of. You may also choose to provide your current website, explain how you currently get customers, and add other relevant information.

The form and website systems may include limited contextual or technical information where relevant, such as the page URL, referring page, IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and the date and time of a request. This information is used to process enquiries and to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.

How information is used

  • To respond to your enquiry and contact you using the details you supplied.
  • To understand your trade, service area and the kinds of customer enquiries you are seeking.
  • To assess whether the service may be a practical fit and discuss possible next steps.
  • To operate, maintain, secure and improve the website and enquiry process.
  • To keep reasonable business records and meet legal obligations where applicable.

Contact form and email delivery

The Contact form is processed through WordPress and WPForms. Submitted details are sent to Abduba Sora using WP Mail SMTP and Brevo as the transactional email-delivery provider. Brevo processes the information needed to deliver the email, including its addressing and message content. Enquiry information may be retained in the receiving email account and in routine technical records created while the form is processed or delivered.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not reasonably needed for a business enquiry.

Privacy choices and browser storage

The website uses essential technology needed for website operation, navigation, local site assets, the Contact form, security and hosting. The public website also stores your external-content choice in your browser’s local storage. This preference contains only whether optional external content is allowed and an expiry time. It is kept for up to 180 days, is not used to profile you, and is not automatically sent to a third-party marketing service.

You can change this choice at any time using the Privacy choices link in the website footer. If browser storage is unavailable or the preference expires, the website will ask again and will keep optional external content blocked until a choice is made.

LinkedIn external content

The About page can display an official LinkedIn post that provides independent evidence of Abduba Sora’s Marketing & Communications placement with Perth 2027 World Police & Fire Games. The embedded post is not loaded until you allow external content or select Load LinkedIn post.

If you load the post, your browser connects directly to LinkedIn. LinkedIn may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, referring page and request time, and may set or read third-party cookies according to your browser settings and LinkedIn’s practices. You can instead use the direct LinkedIn link without loading the post inside this website. LinkedIn controls how it handles information through its service; see LinkedIn’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Analytics and advertising

The current public website does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, remarketing tags or newsletter tracking. If optional analytics or advertising technology is introduced later, this policy and the website’s privacy choices will be updated before or when that technology is introduced.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the website and deliver enquiries, including Microsoft Azure for website hosting, WordPress and WPForms for website and form functionality, and Brevo for transactional email delivery. These providers may process information in locations where they operate, which may include locations outside Australia.

Personal information is not sold or rented. It may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to operate the website, obtain professional advice, comply with a legal obligation, or protect the rights, security and integrity of the website or its users.

Data retention

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the business relationship, maintain appropriate business and financial records, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer reasonably needed is deleted or de-identified where practicable. Technical logs are retained according to the operational and security practices of the website and hosting providers.

Security

Reasonable steps are taken to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. However, no website, email system or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Access, correction and privacy questions

You may ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction, or ask a privacy-related question by emailing hello@abdubasora.com. Reasonable steps may be taken to confirm your identity before providing or changing information.

Third-party websites

This website may link to external websites. Following a direct external link takes you to the third party’s service, where its own privacy and security practices apply.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the website, services or information-handling practices change. The date at the top of the page will show the latest update.
